We provide a custom AI personality setup and ongoing membership guidance. The AI personality is created based on your questionnaire responses and delivered via email for use with third-party platforms like ChatGPT.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and any login credentials associated with third-party AI platforms. You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for illegal activities.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through ClickBank. The initial setup fee ($115) includes the first month of membership. Subsequent months are billed at $15/month via ClickBank. You may cancel your subscription at any time through ClickBank. Refunds are subject to ClickBank’s return policy (typically 60 days).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and the custom AI personalities generated by the Service are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the personalities without our express permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the AI will meet your specific needs, nor that it will be error-free. AI outputs are generated by third-party models; we are not responsible for their accuracy or appropriateness.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Avia Effect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
